Tahna Leader (she/her)
Tahna Leader is a Postnatal Practitioner and Coach operating online since 2013. She started The Baby Leader after 15 years of international hands-on experience with babies and their families and now works online both locally and internationally.
As a Postnatal Practitioner, Tahna would go into the homes of families across the world and support them with their new baby or babies. Tahna once cared for newborn triplets in Europe where her focus was on helping everyone get into a routine and sleep through the night.
With her post-graduate education in children and family studies, Tahna receives praise for her sensitive and informed approach. Her clients include professionals, executives, expatriates, celebrities, and royal families amongst others.
Tahna offers parents one-to-one coaching and consulting sessions for their baby’s first year, available online by appointment. Her flagship Newborn Support Package consists of 6 one-to-one sessions designed to accelerate your confidence with your newborn and promote sleep and wellbeing for the whole family.
If you have a new baby, Tahna can help you to be informed, feel supported, and do well with any number of topics including: sleeping, settling, feeding, playing, weaning, crying, routines, toileting, behaviour, development, attachment, bonding, regulation, Government resources, popular products, hiring a nanny, starting childcare, popular books, and other Q&A.
